Carpet Care Highly recommend a Dyson
1. Vacuum regularly. I recommend vacuuming the filtration line (baseboard area) once a month. Filtration lines are very difficult to remove once build up has started
2. FYI. Vacuuming removes about 74% of the soil. The rest is removed by a professional carpet cleaner preferrably by an IICRC Technician
- Get up any spills as quickly as possible & follow the directions on any carpet cleaning bottles or sprays( very important)
- #1 reason to clean carpet is for health , then looks
- #1 one way to clean carpet is with hotwater extraction,
#2 Dry cleaning. We do both but I highly recommend hotwater extraction
Tile Care
1. Mild cleaners are recommended. To harsh of a cleaner can damage or etch the tile. Use a clean mop or sponge mop as well because a dirty mop can make tile even dirtier after it dries.
2. # 1 way to clean loose soil is to vacuum. Vacuuming gets the dirt out of the grout better than a broom
3. If you have a glaze or gloss on your tile be sure to test any cleaners before using as this may cause a haze or dull finish.
- Use products designed for tile cleaning
Specialty Stone
- Use approved cleaners -You can really mess it up if you don't & repairs are not cheap
2. Call a professional
