Before We Arrive

Before we arrive:

*We now provide free vacuuming with a Dyson.

*Bed skirts or curtains should not be touching the carpet.

*We provide furniture moving for an addtional charge.

Things you need to know if you want stains removed:

*Stain removal is extra if the stain will not come out of the carpet with the Rotovac

*Pet urine is extracted out of the carpet with special cleaners & a water claw. Carpet cleaning alone will not get out some pet urine or stains.... FYI

*Filtration lines are those dark lines along the baseboard. If you see them chances are you may need to have your air ducts cleaned. Filtration lines are a carpet cleaners nightmare. Very hard to remove if at all. Alot of times they will appear around furniture as well.

*Stains reappeared after carpet cleaning. This can happen for many reasons.(See below) Typically in berber carpet more than anything. We like to use a prespray & a neutral rinse to help prevent this from happening and in some cases an anti-resoiling agent may need to be applied.

What causes stains to reappear:

  *Carpet got to wet. We want to make sure carpet is dry within a reasonable time frame. Our process uses a rotovac and powerful truckmount to maximize drying. Air movers can be added for even quicker drying if you like

  *Existing stain that was into the subfloor & padding & when it gets wet again.... guess what the stain comes back

  *To much akaline cleaning agents. Some carpet cleaners will use a detergent prespray & an extraction detergent which may cause resoiling. I like to use an akaline prespray & an neutral rinse

Our Rotovac Carpet Restoration, Powerful Truckmount, and cleaners will remove most stains. In some cases the stains may require "special" cleaners and there is no guarantee the stain will come out. Some cases the stain is permanent and may require patching or dyeing.
